Terms and Conditions for TripIceland ServicesAt TripIceland, we’re committed to providing our customers with exceptional service. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review the following terms and conditions that apply to all our services:1. Booking and ConfirmationAll reservations must be confirmed via email or through our online platform. A booking confirmation will be sent to your provided email address.Payment in full is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.For group bookings and custom tours, we recommend booking at least 30 days in advance to secure your preferred dates and services.2. Cancellation PolicyCancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation:More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.3. Changes to ItineraryWe understand that plans can change. Any modifications to your itinerary must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.4. Passenger ResponsibilityPassengers are responsible for their personal belongings. TripIceland is not liable for lost or damaged items during the trip.Please arrive at the pickup location on time. Delays may impact the schedule and cannot always be accommodated.5. Safety and BehaviorPassengers must adhere to safety instructions provided by our staff. Failure to comply may result in the termination of services without a refund.Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all TripIceland vehicles.6. Force MajeureTripIceland cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, or strikes.7. Privacy PolicyWe collect personal data solely for booking purposes and to enhance your experience with us. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.8.
